White Plague

The White Plague is one of the more deadly diseases found in Nebulum. No one knows for sure where it came from but some speculate that it was brough to Nebulum from Ka by the Dark Lunari. It was first encountered by the army of Great King Emanpugnikam when they defeated the Dark Lunari Mathol and destroyed Nazada. The white plague covered Etnyben and from then on, the land was mostly devoid of human life. By the time of the Dark Magicians, the white plague was no longer afflicting Etnyben.

The virulent plague literally caused the flesh to die. White spots would break out on the infected individual and grow until they covered the entire body, at which point, the victim would die. The disease worked fast enough that the growth of the white patches was noticable.
