Danbob

One of the smaller terrors of the sea is the danbob. It has the long body of a shark, complete with the tail and dorsal fin, but has six strong yet spindly legs in place of the pectoral fins.

Danbobs hunt for food in packs. When they find a target, they send in one of their pack to attack. If the danbob succeeds in the catch, the others will move on for more food. If the danbob fails, the entire pack will attack to avenge their lost member.

These beasts are hunted by the Awa, both for use as food and also to rid the Awa lands of this pest.
