Earth:Samantha Baen

Samantha Baen grew up in San Diego, California. During one of the first attacks on American soil in the early summer of 2027, her parents and brother were killed by a bomb. Samantha survived with shrapnel injuries to her legs. She joined the Coast Guard soon after.

She was a seaman on the United States Coast Guard Cutter Restless when it was destroyed, and was among those rescued by Belgrave Palafox and Naiya'Nal.
