Earth:Zoe Serrano

Mrs. Serrano is the Vice Regional Director of Black Dagger, Inc. in the year 2027. She is very involved in the organization's attempts to kill Belgrave and Naiya'Nal, but covertly assists their escapes. Her husband was Maximilian Wilhelm Serrano.
