First High Council of 4003

The First High Council of 4003 was called by the Supreme Mistress Ikarla'Yol of the Sisterhood of Jadela'Mar to decide what to do after discovering that one of the Awa, a young girl named Mara'Uto, could use the same magic they were using. The end result of the council was that half of those in attendance abandoned the Sisterhood, and Mara'Uto was inducted into the Sisterhood.
