Lycanth Bread

Lycanth is a small grain that grows well in the plains of Tanarad but can also be found elsewhere. The grain itself is similar to our rice but more ball shaped. This bread is made by crushing lycanth and mixing it with water. The result is a white dough which becomes light and crunchy when cooked.
