Taor is a hilly country in the northeast of Panei. It is surrounded by the Tahist Mountains to the north, the Dark Forest to the west, and Nerak to the south.
In the year 3333, Taor became a nation as it declared its independence from Nerak to demonstrate the nations nuetrality and disapproval of the Nerak-Vernon War which had been slowly raging on since the two nations had divided centuries before. According to King Tevyew, the most influencial man in Taor's independence and the nations first king, if one needed to take 500 years to solve a dispute, it was probably not worth pursuing.
