Spoonfish
The spoonfish is probably the most abundant fish on Nebulum. It can be found in any body of water but usually either open sea or real thick brackish water. They are definately not a solitary fish and rely on large schools to ensure safety.
The fish itself is about two inches long and is little more than a mouth with a tail. It's huge jaw is lined with tiny razor sharp teeth which can gouge out a sizable chunk of flesh.
A single spoonfish will eat until its underside is distended by the large amount of food. However, these things swim in large schools and therefore consume more food than would be imagined. In most places, it takes a matter of minutes for a school of spoonfish to completely consume a body. However, there are rumors that in some of the places with a denser population of spoonfish, they could pick clean the bones of a Barbidon before it hit the water. Food... there is little else that goes through the mind of a spoonfish.
It is unknown how these things breed without eating their young.
