Turok was the first son of Great King Hifur and Lu'Kan. He was killed on Hildes 15, 625 [2:133] by a springing jeket while hunting with his younger brother, Prince Turos on Torham's Point.

Ethics Controversy

After many years, the death of Turok was often used in ethics debates. The question was if his death was accidental, and therefore unavoidable, or if the Lunari and Turos's foreknowledge of the coming death and failure to intervene amount to murder. Most philosophers, however, while never truly answering the question, usually end up arguing that it was neither accidental nor murder, but still unavoidable.
