Lugar

The flag flown by Lugar during the Last Battle for Sarda.

Lugar was originally a Barbidon commander called Za'Lugar under the direction of the Dark Witch Narva. He was given command of all Panei when she moved against Tanarad. When King Belgrave came to liberate Panei, Za'Lugar surrendered after a quick battle and agreed to do his part to liberate the rest of his kind living in Sarda in exchange for the lives of his soldiers.

After returning to Sarda, Lugar organized a resistance and turned the Barbidons away from the Dark Wizard Voth. When King Belgrave arrived on Sarda near the end of the year, Lugar commanded the Barbidons in the Last Battle for Sarda.
