The thagegigogug is a large wild herd animal found only in regions with colder climates such as Sarda. Because of this, it was given its name in the Barbidon language.

Thagegigogugs tend to grow about the same height as the average Barbidon, but only at the shoulder hump. They have three horns on their head, one on either side of it's head just above the eyes, and one sticking forward at the end of its snout, and a bony ridge along their back. They are commonly hunted for their wooly hides which are used by the Barbidons to make winter clothing.

The meat does not taste well when cooked traditionally so the Barbidons usually cut it into strips and make highly seasoned smoked jerky from it.
